These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through The Eden Rose Project website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there has been an error in the price or product information, or we are unable to process your payment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order. This means your item is prepared after your order has been placed rather than being held as ready-to-dispatch stock.
Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.
Please note that this is our dispatch timeframe and does not include delivery time.
4. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.
Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Minor variations may also occur between products.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
7. Dispatch & Delivery
As our items are made to order, please allow 7–10 working days for dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.
The 7–10 working day timeframe relates to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown during checkout.
Any delivery estimates provided after dispatch are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where possible.

8. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will generally have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to certain exceptions.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at eden@edenroseproject.com within the applicable cancellation period.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you are responsible for returning the item to us within the applicable legal timeframe.
Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Products that are made specifically to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised may not be eligible for cancellation under the statutory cooling-off rules.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at eden@edenroseproject.com.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
10. Returns & Refunds
We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges outside of your statutory consumer rights.
Where you have a legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method used to place the order.
We may wait until the returned goods have been received, or until you provide evidence that they have been returned, before issuing the refund.

11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on The Eden Rose Project website, including our name, branding, artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, photographs and written content, belongs to The Eden Rose Project or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially use our designs, artwork, photographs, branding or other content without prior written permission.
12. Website Use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract between us was formed, or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
